My next birthday will be Sept 9^th and by this date, I will automatically grow a year older! This is true about everyone, we all automatically grow in age daily. However, when it comes to professional, academic, spiritually and other aspect of life, automatic growth does not exist; there has to be a plan.

The question now is do you have a growth plan? I am talking about a plan that will among other have the following elements:

Identify the areas that you will like to grow;

Setting aside the time to grow;

Finding the resources in the areas of growth;

A monitoring and accountability system to ensure realization.
